33r Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 33r ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or playing any game available on the 33r platform, you are indicating your full acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all games, features, promotions and services offered through the 33r platform, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, bingo, fish games and the VIP programme. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 33r.

If you access the 33r platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. 33r reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 33r platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 33r platform is strictly for adults. Proof of age may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether entered into on 33r or on any other gaming platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must have read and accepted these Terms in full before completing registration.

33r reserves the right to carry out eligibility checks at any point. Where a player is found to have been ineligible at the time of registration or subsequently becomes ineligible, 33r may close the account and determine the treatment of any funds held in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and a payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. 33r may request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any later point.

33r reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created using false information, temporary email addresses, or details belonging to another person will be closed and any funds determined to have been deposited in bad faith may be withheld pending investigation.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• You must not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration without contacting support and providing appropriate documentation.
• 33r may perform identity checks using third-party verification tools at any stage of the account lifecycle.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 33r platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. 33r does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Deposits are credited to your 33r balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be verified and in good standing.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fully completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or consistent with, the deposit method used to fund the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount, as displayed in the cashier section of your account, must be met.

33r reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms. 33r does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of 33r.

33r offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free plays, cashback offers and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read alongside these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 33r promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim a given promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in account action.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino and fish games may each have different contribution percentages. These are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While wagering a bonus, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per bet. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse: 33r reserves the right to remove bonuses and close accounts where it determines that bonus offers are being exploited in bad faith, including through low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine engagement.

33r may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If you are unsure whether a particular playing strategy is permitted under a promotion's terms, please contact support before proceeding.

All casino games, slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms and fish games available on 33r are governed by the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet or entering a game room, you confirm that you have understood and accepted those game-specific rules.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by the physical results produced by live dealers operating under established casino rules. 33r does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. In-game transactions cannot be reversed once processed.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error, 33r reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a technical malfunction may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply in all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before entering a game. 33r is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

The 33r sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sporting events as published on the Betting page. All sports betting is subject to these general Terms as well as the specific betting rules applicable to each market.

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 33r reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed with the benefit of information unavailable to the general public.
• Live in-play betting: In-play odds change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play bets are void if the event has already concluded at the time of placement.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• PSL and cricket markets: During Pakistan Super League and international cricket fixtures, enhanced markets and live coverage are available. Standard cricket betting rules apply; in case of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result, markets are settled according to the official match result.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These are stated in the sports betting section and may be updated periodically.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided where an obvious pricing error has occurred. 33r will communicate voided bets to affected players promptly and return the staked amount.

33r expects all players to behave responsibly and in good faith while using the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or technical errors in games or the platform. Any player who discovers a technical error is required to report it to support immediately and must not continue to exploit it.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in any activity that is, or may be, associated with money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration, verification or payment processing.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at 33r staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Where 33r identifies conduct in breach of this section, it reserves the right to void bets and game results, forfeit balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33r account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. 33r recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 33r support immediately so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure the account.
• 33r will never ask for your full password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it.

33r is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials, or where the player has voluntarily shared those credentials with a third party.

33r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of platform promotions.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, 33r may withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, and any real-money balance will be returned subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33r's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time any claim arises. 33r shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from network, internet or power outages beyond 33r's reasonable control.
• Any delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.

The 33r platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 33r uses reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

33r collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. 33r will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment providers, verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform.

33r is committed to providing a platform that is used safely and responsibly. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it starts to feel like an obligation or causes financial or personal stress, it is important to take action early.

Every registered player has access to the following tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period — between 24 hours and 6 weeks — when you want a break.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 33r platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen exclusion period and will result in your account being closed.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 33r platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.
